Simply viewing the page requires the usual technical connection data of the web server. Static pages, images, design and fonts are delivered by the same website. Interactive navigation, the image gallery and form validation work without permanent storage in the browser.
When the contact form is submitted, the entered data is transmitted to the server. This process is based on your active enquiry, not an advertising cookie. The form immediately indicates whether the enquiry was transmitted successfully.
Optional categories
No audience measurement, no user profile and no external statistics library.
No advertising pixels, retargeting services or personalised advertisements.
No embedded Google Maps, YouTube or social-media content. The map and all photographs are served locally.
What applies to subsequent changes
If a function requiring consent is added in future, it must not be loaded before an effective selection has been made. This page will then be supplemented with the provider, purpose, data categories, retention period, third-country connection and option to withdraw consent. A genuine selection must remain accessible at all times, and declining must not be made unnecessarily difficult.
As long as no optional services are active, a banner with no choices to make would be more disruptive than helpful. The visible status in the footer and this page therefore document the privacy-friendly configuration.
Subsequent consent must be voluntary, specific and revocable. A choice already made should not be hidden permanently. If external content is loaded only at an express request, it must first be clear which provider receives data and whether transmission outside the user’s country is possible. These principles also apply where a service would be technically convenient to integrate.
You currently do not need to save or confirm any selection. If your browser itself stores local settings, translations or accessibility aids, this is done by the browser or an extension you have installed, not by Immobilien Marokko.
