Privacy policy
This notice describes which personal data is processed when visiting the website and submitting an enquiry. The website currently uses no tracking and no optional cookies.
1. Controller
The responsible entity is DACHMA ADVISORY S.A.R.L. AU, Imm 7, Av. Moulay Rachid, Appt. N 10, 4ème étage, Hassan, Rabat, Morocco, represented by Ramciss Hasbi. You can contact us at info@marokko-immobilien-kaufen.de or by telephone on +49 851 20095001.
For cross-border procedures, Moroccan data-protection law may be relevant alongside the rules of the visitor’s country of residence. As a precaution, this website aligns its transparency information with the principles of the European General Data Protection Regulation without making a general statement about every individual case.
2. Accessing the website and server logs
When a website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data. This may include the IP address, time, address accessed, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser type, operating system and status code. This data is required to deliver content, detect disruptions, repel attacks and ensure technical security.
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL. The log data actually generated under the subscribed plan, the server location at which it is processed and when it is deleted depend on the configuration used. DACHMA documents this information and the data-processing agreements. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in a secure and functional website; where contractual contact is being prepared, pre-contractual processing may additionally apply.
Log data is not used for profiling and is retained only for as long as necessary for operation, error analysis and security. Longer retention may be considered if a security incident must be documented or a claim pursued.
3. Contact form and direct contact
When you use the contact form, the enquiry type, region, property type, budget range, intended use, timeline, financing status, first name, surname, email address, telephone number, country of residence and your message are processed. This information is used to categorise the enquiry, ask follow-up questions, assess feasibility and, where applicable, prepare a contract.
The legal basis is the processing of your enquiry and possible pre-contractual measures. Where individual details voluntarily exceed what is required, their processing is based on your conscious submission. Please do not send copies of identity documents, complete bank records or particularly sensitive data in the initial form. A suitable transmission route will be agreed for documents required later.
When you contact us by email or telephone, the data you provide is likewise used to process the matter. The contact form is not connected with a newsletter or general consent to advertising.
4. Recipients and processors
Within DACHMA, access is granted only to people who need it for processing. Technical service providers such as hosting or email providers may process data as processors. Personal information is not sold and is not displayed as part of a public portal inventory.
Where required for the expressly requested procedure, data may be passed, following prior assessment, to independently responsible specialists such as notaries, lawyers, tax advisers, banks, translators, surveyors or technical service providers. The scope and purpose depend on the mandate. Wherever possible, only the necessary data is transferred. Some recipients act under their own statutory or professional responsibility.
A transfer between the European Union and Morocco may occur depending on residence, service provider and processing. Before such a transfer, its purpose, necessity and available safeguards are reviewed. Because Morocco cannot be treated wholesale as an EU member state, this point deserves particular attention for sensitive documents.
5. Retention period
Enquiry data is initially stored for as long as needed for communication and the decision on whether to accept an assignment. If no contract is concluded, the data is deleted once the purpose no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations, consent or legitimate interests in retaining evidence require otherwise. Where a contract is concluded, commercial, tax and civil-law periods may require longer retention.
A single retention period for all documents would be misleading. Contact details, contractual documents, invoices, notarial correspondence and technical files have different purposes and obligations. DACHMA therefore organises documents by transaction and deletes them or restricts access as soon as the respective basis no longer applies.
6. Cookies, audience measurement and external content
The website currently does not use optional analytics, marketing or personalisation cookies. No external fonts, advertising networks, map trackers or social-media pixels are integrated. The location map and images are served by the website itself; no content is loaded from external cloud storage.
If hosting or the contact form uses technically necessary cookies, they are documented in the cookie settings. Analytics or marketing services may be activated only after a separate review and, where required, effective consent. While no services requiring consent are active, no corresponding cookie banner is required; a status note makes the current configuration visible.
7. Your rights
Depending on the applicable data-protection law, you may request access to stored data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Consent that has been granted may be withdrawn with future effect. Statutory retention or evidentiary obligations may prevent immediate deletion.
Send your request to info@marokko-immobilien-kaufen.de. Suitable proof of identity may be required to prevent unauthorised disclosures. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible depends in particular on your residence, establishment and the specific processing.
8. Security, mandatory information and automated decisions
The website and contact form are transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS. Access, transmission routes and permissions are limited to what is necessary. No technical measure can guarantee absolute security; in the event of a relevant incident, statutory assessment and reporting obligations are observed.
Required fields in the form are necessary to provide a qualified response. Without this information, the enquiry may not be processed meaningfully. There is no solely automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effect. Form data is not assessed automatically as a loan commitment, property clearance or acceptance of a contract.
9. Updates
This privacy notice is adjusted when functions, service providers or legal requirements change. This applies particularly if the email system, CRM, appointment booking, maps, analytics or further forms are added or altered. The version published on this page is authoritative.
